In my 38 years of driving and purchasing vehicles, this was by far the best experience ever. A true testament to the dealership is the relaxed and happy atmosphere. All employees seemed genuinely happy and at ease and putting zero pressure on the customer. The environment with regards to the employees and how it translates to the customer experience is more valuable to me than any 'deal' i might get. With that said i am also ecstatic about the vehicle i purchased, a unicorn of a used vehicle. I have and will continue to recommend Herb Chambers dealership, Honda of Boston in particular. A big shout out to Tao my salesperson.

The Service Rep. Nelson Castillo, had no knowledge of how to explain the reason of the problem of the car. He just reads on the paper and every 2 words he says I don't know what he means. He is disrespectful, stays on the phone all time and he is not doing his job correctly, my car was out of the shop after 1. 30 min. And he didn't even make a phone call. I hade to come myself to the dealer to pick up my car 5 hour plus minus latter. Wrong customer service with the wrong people on the job, who pays more attention to the cell than to his job. Never wrote bad reviews for no one except the the time when people getting paid to do a job and they are on tje phone or disrespectful or have no knowledge of what to say infront of a customer.

I feel like I always have a good experience at Herb Chambers Honda
