I have been needing car maintenance, and when my dentist appointment was shorter than expected, I called Jeff Ferreira at the Herb Chambers Honda dealership, Burlington, and he was able to fit me in at short notice. As a busy psychotherapist, I have a schedule that doesn't allow much free time, so this was a real gift and I was so appreciative. Jeff was very cordial when I arrived, quickly understood what I needed and facilitated everything seamlessly. I hope that he is always at the service department when I return for future visits! With the cold weather we've been experiencing, I really wanted the car to be checked. Jeff made all of that possible, and now I can feel more confidant that my car will be reliable. Efficient informative service.

I came in for an oil change - I got detailed updates on things I need to have done to my car. I wasn't able to do any of them that day but appreciated the detailed breakdown of what needs to be worked on and what I should prioritize. Leah was fantastic as always in explaining everything to me!
