Mike was great - very easy to work with. He was not too aggressive nor did he try to sell us on something that we didn't want to purchase or that was out of our desired price range. His even and calm demeanor was great. Other dealerships we've been to have demanded that we give a certain rating when we receive such a survey and then hounded me when we didn't. We were very happy with our experience at Herb Chambers. My only critique is that while Curtis is a lovely gentleman, I really, really don't enjoy the sales experience of all the 'add-ons'. I wish there was a way to opt out of all the unnecessary sales pitches. However, he was not aggressive nor did he try to belittle for my decision to decline the extra coverages. I just don't enjoy the mansplaining. Perhaps asking if the customer wants to hear those sales pitches ahead of launching into them would be helpful? But I recognize that the sales element of his job is probably why you don't do that.

I had an 11 o’clock appointment scheduled. When I arrived, I worked with Leah who I have worked with in the past and she’s always been awesome! She sets appropriate expectations and is a great communicator throughout the whole process no matter what you’re having done. I was in that day for an oil change and it was super busy. Everything was great and all expectations were exceeded when my car was actually done earlier than anticipated!
