Everyone was great, Matt was great to work with along with Izzy. We were hoping for a quicker day as we had everything already figured out. But other than that it was a good experience.

Mike the auto assistant was great and very flexible with the car. We had a 2010 Honda Civic Hybrid and Mike was great about getting it fixed.

car was ready with inspection sticker and registration and I was on my way with very little wait time. Great service.

My car was damaged by an AAA visit needed because my car would not start. In attempting to repair the problem the AAA, person inserted a new battery with the wrong voltage polarity.. This completely shut down my car. I had it towed to Herb Chambers Honda in Burlington Mass for repairs. Everyone there has been very helpful and are now working to restore it to operation. The Service Consultant, Leah Blacker, has been especially helpful in keeping me up to dater on progress.

My overall experience was excellent, from the beginning of my visit for a new vehicle search to the end of my visit with the purchase of a new Honda Pilot Elite. My salesman Mike V was very knowledgeable, friendly and understanding of my needs. He worked through the entire process in an efficient manner that allowed us to drive home with the new vehicle of our choice.... Great job!
