Online scheduling is good, my assigned service rep Leah was great! Dropped car off night before, Leah called me to confirm what I wanted done in the morning. When the text describing what additional work they recommended came in Leah called to make sure I had seen it. We went over the new items and Leah communicated that to the guys. She called when it was done, applied the coupons I had and I had a nice clean and quiet car to pick up. Great efficient experience. Leah was on top of everything and really nice! I’ve got 103,000 miles on it and hope to put that many more on.

Everything was good except the monthly payments. It was discussed for 250 but after confirming they told 261 which is disappointing
