Came into Ho da Burlington late afternoon, got warning tire pressure off, check service. I googled situation & it was recommended to go in for service to check. Met up with Jeff Ferreira, EXCELLENT, I mentioned concerned traveling a distance next morning in a snow storm and needed peace of mind it was ok. Jeff got all info had service move on it quickly, got a video from the mechanic, excellent & impressed they showed me the nail in the tire, took care of it! I had Jeff help me with a prior issue a few months back, he's very nice & professional. Thank You!!

Extremely overpriced and excess charges not well communicated. When questioned about cost of one of the services was told that it did seem high and had to call someone to fix it. Will go elsewhere for services in future.

Turn around time was good though what snow storm caused some delay. Provide loaner car during repair and kept in loop/ informed with the progress. Answered questions regarding repairs.
