Repairs were done efficiently and the videos of the work that was done were very helpful! Leah was extremely helpful and friendly! She took care of getting the repairs covered under our warranty and she couldn’t have made the process any easier!

My experience at Honda in Burlington, MA was extraordinary. Ashley Sullivan was personable and worked in an efficient manner. This was my first visit to the Service Department after leasing the car in April 2025. I came with a list of questions which Ashley Sullivan quickly addressed and answered for me. Excellent experience.
