Jeff does good job, excellent good personality

Made an appointment online. Arrived at 8:30am and was told online appointment shouldn't have been able to be made and that they were very backed up (already?). Vehicle was diagnosed by 11:30am, and unfortunately needed various repairs. Finally finished at 4pm. Adnan was a great service provider, but the experience overall was not great given how much time was spent there are the cost for the hours and hours of labor.

Came into Ho da Burlington late afternoon, got warning tire pressure off, check service. I googled situation & it was recommended to go in for service to check. Met up with Jeff Ferreira, EXCELLENT, I mentioned concerned traveling a distance next morning in a snow storm and needed peace of mind it was ok. Jeff got all info had service move on it quickly, got a video from the mechanic, excellent & impressed they showed me the nail in the tire, took care of it! I had Jeff help me with a prior issue a few months back, he's very nice & professional. Thank You!!
