I had a great experience on my visit this past Wednesday. I gave Colby a call on Monday and we had a visit setup for Wednesday. I told her what I was looking for. We took a few vehicles for a test drive and decided on what car best fit my needs financially and what would be best in the long run. As usual I was not surprised by Colby’s professionalism and her knowledge of the market. Emilio, the finance manager was also very knowledgeable and helpful getting me through the process and could not be more professional. Armando, the delivery coordinator knew everything about the vehicle and answered all of my questions. He also made it clear that if I had any additional questions he would be happy to help. Before I left with the vehicle the sales manager Adriel came by and congratulated me on my purchase and also made it clear that if I needed anything to reach out to him.In addition we had a situation come up when it came to GAP coverage and we needed to lower the down payment but I did not have my checkbook or a vehivcle. Colby offered to drive 20 minutes to meet my father so he could give her a new check for the down payment. Colby definitely went above and beyond for me. I am very happy to remain part of the Herb Chambers Honda of Seekonk family. It has been I believe about 15 years now. Looking forward to working with service advisors which are also top notch. Thank you
