I went there expecting my car done with the parts purchased ahead of time and was supposed to get there when I arrived. I came over and waited over an hour to be told my parts have not arrived and that they would call me when it does. I called them after waiting a whole day to be told that it has arrived and no one decided to let me know about that. Then I had to reschedule for next week so now I have waited a pretty long time done for just a little service.
