We purchased the car from out of state. Steve Miller was great. Lots of confusion and disarray surrounding picking up the car, as the dealership and DMV were closed for a couple of days because of a major snowstorm, but Steve kept us updated with progress so we didn't drive up to MA unnecessarily. The out-of-state vehicle reg and title transfer went through very smoothly, and our daughter is loving her first car!

It was great. Even though I live in Connecticut and there are several Hyundai dealers that are closer, this is the 3rd vehicle I have bought from your dealership. All 3 with Stan Otto-Genesis as the sales rep. Stan always does a great job with none of the nonsense that I see at other dealers.

Being there was OK I guess but everything was done online. Cancel my plates which they couldn’t do because I didn’t have the two tier security. So I had to figure that out myself when I got home it was a nightmare three weeks after I got it. The panel doesn’t work and now I gotta bring it back to the shop The top to the truck in the tailgate froze. I don’t think they explained things well to me and in a rush.

Sold me a new car with a chipped windshield. Reported 30 minutes after purchase. In touch with Najee. It’s now been a month. No replacement. This is the third car I have bought from you. Getting nothing but a run around of promises to replace the windshield. It’s now been a month.

I stopped by for an oil change on my 2025 Hyundai Tucson. The staff there was very friendly and helpful, especially Stan from the sale department who was willing to bring my car over to the area where the inspection was performed. This was a great example of the team work.

I appreciate being able to have my warranty claim facilitated by the service department. I did not appreciate the misleading information presented to try to get me to purchase brakes for my car. I was told by the service advisor that the brakes were " metal to metal" and were in danger of locking up if I chose to continue to drive it. I brought it to my mechanic and the rotors were untouched and in no way were the brake pads down to the metal. I have photos of the pads in question. These are bad business practices. I should be able to trust my dealership and not worry that I am being lied to.

I had an absolutely outstanding experience at Herb Chambers. Brendan, the General Manager, and Nick, my salesperson, went above and beyond at every step. Brendan made the negotiation process seamless by working with me via email and text, providing clear, transparent numbers and making everything incredibly easy. Nick was phenomenal with communication, touching base with me updates while waiting for the registration transfer. Peter in finance was equally excellent being efficient, knowledgeable and he made the dreaded paperwork process stress-free. Plus he shared his dog pictures! This all set this experience apart. I received a very fair amount for the equity in my lease trade in and an exceptional price on my new lease. This was hands-down one of the top car buying experiences I've had. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone!
