My third time there always very kind and courteous

Friendly; no sales pressure; quick repair time. But, my car is running loud now. It wasn’t prior to bringing it in.

I went in for a routine inspection. I had to come back in to get a new tire. When I left after the second appointment, inexplicably my windshield wiper was broken. The entire passenger side wiper blade’s rubber had detached from the wiper. I had to drive home in the snow and was very upset about this.
