Simple, quick and easy oil change.

I went in for an oil change and 2 fluid changes. I was greeted right away. It only took a couple of minutes before John came over and we went over what was going to be done. John kept me informed about my service and recommended balancing my wheels and answered all my questions. Everyone was nice, kind, and friendly. The service was done on a timely basis. I am very satisfied with the service I received and the kind helpful individuals there.

Hi my mileage has improved with the cleaned CVVT oil control valve. However, when I drove the car today and put the brakes on the car shuddered every time I applied the brakes. When I just about to stop and then start to drive again the car will hesitate and then go forward. It certainly had nothing to do with the weather as it was almost 70 degrees out. When I bring it back for the replacement part 3301 someone will have to take a short ride with me. From what I've read something inside the engine is getting into the oil control valve which could end up ruining the engine. I know a mechanic who owns his own shop who gave me more insight into this problem. Something is definitely wrong with the car.

I went in for a routine inspection. I had to come back in to get a new tire. When I left after the second appointment, inexplicably my windshield wiper was broken. The entire passenger side wiper blade’s rubber had detached from the wiper. I had to drive home in the snow and was very upset about this.
