I really appreciate everyone there. Whenever I have an issue the service department (Caesar, Diego, AJ, Andrea)… they couldn’t be more accommodating and helpful! They always take care to explain any needed work in detail (generally there isn’t much work bc the cars are so reliable:-). When there is work, I know it’s going to be done right!

Waited 90 minutes for a tire rotation+filter change. The cost was high (about $150). I made an appointment in advance and would expect the workload to be managed. I understand 20-40 minutes, but 90 is too high for an appointment made in advance.

I have only had horrible experiences with this dealership. I bought my brand new 2025 Kia seltos in October of 2024. When I went to pick up the car, there was a dent on the drivers door, a scratch on the hood and on the rear bumper. The response I got was “what do you want us to do about it”. The salesmen, Ramon, was not helpful and unprofessional. When I asked for a manager, Mike, came out to assist. He was extremely unprofessional and sexist. He proceeded to ask what I wanted him to do about it. When I asked for money off the vehicle he laughed in my face. I then was directed to his manager, Julian. Julian was also unprofessional and sexist until I unfortunately had to have a male speak with him. He finally agreed to make things right. I was promised weathertech mats as well as 5 complementary oil changes. I was told that it would be in their system so I was only able to get the oil changes done at herb chambers Kia of Burlington. Fast forward to when I went to get my car serviced, I scheduled my appointment online. When I arrived for my appointment I dealt with Michael M. I asked if it was in their system that my oil change was complementary he laughed and said who would tell you that. He reported their was no record of it in their system. I then spoke to Julian who said he would never promise that and would not be giving me that. I then had to bring in my car a week later because the windshield wiper fluid sensory needed to be replaced. Michael told me I could drop my car off at 1:30 pm for it to be done. When I arrived they had no clue or record of why I was there. He reported that I would have to drop my car off for the day for this service to be done even though he scheduled me to appointment for 1:30 pm. He then told me they would try to get it done. Overall this dealership provides horrible customer services and unprofessional staff. I will never be returning to his dealership.

Visited Herb Chambers Kia of Burlington on Jan 3, 2026 for an intermittent check engine light. I was charged $189 for diagnostics, but the vehicle was returned without a clear explanation of what tests were performed, and I was told the catalytic converter is the issue. I do not feel the diagnostic fee was justified given the lack of documented troubleshooting or actionable findings.I also requested that the oil and oil reservoir/tank be checked, but was told it was not included because I “didn’t bring the car in for that,” which was frustrating for an engine light visit.Please have a service manager or customer care contact me to resolve this, either by refunding or crediting the diagnostic fee, or arranging a complimentary re-check at a different Kia service center.

With one young child (1.5 year old) and one on the way, we were in the market for a new family car. John could not have been better. One our visit to fill our the paperwork, we made the mistake of bringing our son. John was so great working through everything as we contended with a toddler running around. He even brought balloons for our son to play with, which was such a huge help. Come pickup time, John spent (quite a bit of) time to address all of our concerns and answer all of our questions. He made sure we left happy with our purchase & comfortable with all the settings in our new car. We can't thank you enough, John! Our best car buying experience by far!
