Yikes. I first brought my car in back in October for an engine light issue. They reported its emission related. They told me they needed to order a part, so I waited. When the part finally came in, I took a full day off work and spent six hours at the dealership only for them to tell me that replacing the part didn’t even fix the problem. They told me I’d need to bring the car back and drop it off for a few days so they could take a deeper look.When I was able to schedule this appointment with taking time off work and being carless etc, I was told they didn’t have enough technicians and I’d need to wait 6–8 weeks just to be seen. Meanwhile, my inspection expired, so I got a failed inspection with 60 days to fix the issue.After waiting 6 weeks for my scheduled appointment, I dropped my car off again only to get a call the next day saying they still don’t have enough high level techs to fix it and that I should come pick it up. I don’t understand why they even let me drop it off in the first place when they knew that there needs to be a “deeper look.”At this point, I’ve spent countless hours, taken time off work etc since October with absolutely nothing resolved!!! Their solution for the problem is now go to another dealership because they don’t have enough staff!!Such a waste of time!!!! Good riddance!

Every time I go to Kia in Burlington, I get excellent service! Everyone there is so friendly and helpful! My car is always cleaner than when I came in! I would highly recommend going to Kia in Burlington!

Everything was great. Had a problem a couple of days later and Michael on the service desk was very helpfull and the mechanic was very helpful. Very good. Can’t say enough about the service. I got today thank you.

I was a little frustrated that when I asked the service department person for a quote of the total amount that would be do his response was “ I don’t know, I’ll have to wait until I do the paper work”This is common practice to provide pricing to your customers before work begins. It’s actually infuriating that I run into simple issues when trying to get work done at this location.
