I was a little frustrated that when I asked the service department person for a quote of the total amount that would be do his response was “ I don’t know, I’ll have to wait until I do the paper work” This is common practice to provide pricing to your customers before work begins. It’s actually infuriating that I run into simple issues when trying to get work done at this location.
