I went for oil change, sticker and to get my battery checked because it would not hold a charge for more than ten days.The first battery lasted four years.last year Lexus replaced the battery.The new battey that replaced my old battery did not last one year.I was informed at my visit that the battery was fine and that the car computer determines how much charge the battery needs.So why did my new car battery last four years and the new battery you installed only last one?

All staff were friendly and polite. The driver's side door lock isn't working and the part needed to repair it wasn't in stock. I was told they would order the part and call to let me know they had received it. I'll need to come back to. Have the lock fixed.
