Brought on our 2025 Lexus NX 350 for a safety recall service and was told it would take 2.5 hours to complete. They had my car back to me in one hour! Our service rep was courteous and professional!

All went well, service done in a timely manner.

The service advisor was excellent. She even went out of her way to get me a loaner for the afternoon. My issue was with the $63. to pull some plastic off my front axle. That my only gripe.

Customer service rep Talisa is terrific. Delivered car on time, communicated effectively - very good.Technician servicing car over-inflated tires 36+ PSI, and did not reset TPSI. Had to re-schedule service to get it fixed, which is unacceptable. We're leaving to go south and this was extraordinarily inconvenient.
