Ryan Tierney was great to work with. I generally don't like the car buying experience but I must admit that Ryan and his colleagues made it a a great experience. I would definitely recommend to friends.

Visit was for interior and exterior protective treatments for my new GX 550. Was told it would be 2-3 hours including getting inspection sticker completed. Turned out to be 4 hours and the interior of the car was not treated. So I suppose 50% of the protective treatments that I purchased have been completed. And I have not heard anything from the dealership about the visit or how they would like to complete the rest of it. I imagine that if I never bring it up, it will never happen.
