Visit was for interior and exterior protective treatments for my new GX 550. Was told it would be 2-3 hours including getting inspection sticker completed. Turned out to be 4 hours and the interior of the car was not treated. So I suppose 50% of the protective treatments that I purchased have been completed. And I have not heard anything from the dealership about the visit or how they would like to complete the rest of it. I imagine that if I never bring it up, it will never happen.

Great experience

We had been searching for a new RX350H in white. Michael was very helpful with that task and made it come to be. Once the car arrived, it was smooth sailing with getting us through the process of buying the car. Everyone involved was very nice and helpful with their explanations of what we had to do to complete the sale.

Our service coordinator guessed what was wrong with our car before it was worked on & was able to have the problem addressed with a little more wait time.

Fast service

Wasted whole day and had to come from Ri. Told my bill would be covered due to faulty sensor at time of purchased car. Almost half a take of gas was wasted to find out the faulty sensor would not be covered. town fair tired resolved my issue for $70 dollars. I will never return to get car serviced here.
