My wife and I have had a total of 6 Lexus vehicles over the years and have always been very happy with all aspects of the Lexus experience from vehicle dependability to the service. Something changed with this most recent service. I’m unsure if it relates to changes made now that Lexus of Hingham is now Herb Chambers Lexus of Hingham. It seems as if it is Herb Chambers related because multiple areas are now falling far short. I can’ say that I will never do business with this specific dealership again (sales or service). As far as not purchasing another Lexus vehicle in the future, I’d have to check out other Lexus dealerships first to see if this is more of a Lexus shift downward or just a herb chambers pre-existing condition.
