The work was done in a timely manner. I am disappointed that fixing my tire was not offered as an option, only to purchase a new tire. I am also very disappointed that a loaner car was not available for me. One of the prime reasons for my decision in upgrading to a Lexus was the use of a loaner. Had I not had a friend to drive me home the evening I dropped it off and a neighbor to bring me back the next day, I’m not sure what I would have done or how I would have gotten to work. I guess it is just not what I was expecting from Lexus.

Service provider listen to my situation. Parasitic draw on battery. Tech traced it to an aftermarket remote starter and removed it solving the problem.

My Lexus was due for an oil change, with a tire rotation. Staff greeted me promptly upon arrival and directed me to the service advisor, Thomas McCafferty. He pleasantly went over the work order, answered any questions I had and directed me to the customer lounge area. Everything was clean , comfortable and met all my needs while I waited. Service techs worked fast and I was back on the road well before my estimated time!! A seamless experience, polished, with the customers needs first and foremost. Staff were all friendly and ready to help, a refreshing experience truly! My thanks also to the detailing crew as the car looked as nice as the day I purchased it! Bravo!!
