The service was good but an extremely long wait. I was expecting about an hour and a half but it took just under 3 hours. Happy I had a bagel and coffee.

As usual, I had a pleasant experience at my service appointment. Ronni is very helpful and effective at communicating. The lounge area was comfortable and accommodating. It’s nice to have someone come over to offer a beverage or snack.

Great check in service on a timely basis. Then I was greeted by the service rep Noah Stern. He is friendly, thorough and explained everything to the detail! After waiting for my car's oil change, etc., I had a cup of coffee and muffin upstairs in the waiting area. Everyone is very friendly and helpful.

Recall on my car was the reason for the visit. Surroundings are pleasant but it did take a long time to complete. Service department was very helpful in reinstalling my app which was not working after I had purchased a new phone.
