I need to go back to your place to reset button so “maintenance required soon” light will not show up I have to leave work early so inconvience.

As always your employees are the best from the time I drive in and directed to your service representative. Monica Paz took care of business and made sure of what service was to be done and followed up with new items that I wanted and what your mechanic had concerns with etc etc. I have been coming to Herb Chambers Lexus for over 10 years and will continue to do so as long as my 2013 Lexus RX keeps running smoothly

There was a delay, 2.5 hours when I was quoted 45 min -1.5 hours). Also, my car could not be washed. I understand that a compressor was down and caused a backlog.

The experience was a rocky one for the first few days. Things were made up by the service provider taking the extra step and the dealership and delivering me a loaner. That was excellent service!I had some recalls done on my car. Kinda bummed out that one do them didn’t get done.My car was with you guys for aover a week. So now I still see the annoying symbol in the app for the health button since one of the recalls didn’t get done. And now I have to make another appointment to get it done
