Great check in service on a timely basis. Then I was greeted by the service rep Noah Stern. He is friendly, thorough and explained everything to the detail! After waiting for my car's oil change, etc., I had a cup of coffee and muffin upstairs in the waiting area. Everyone is very friendly and helpful.

Recall on my car was the reason for the visit. Surroundings are pleasant but it did take a long time to complete. Service department was very helpful in reinstalling my app which was not working after I had purchased a new phone.

It easy to work with and the people are great. Ronni my service adviser has been handling my account of 4 Lexus over the course of time and I very pleased with her and the dealership.
