Anil, Lenny and Jerry worked together to locate and swap in the exact model I wanted. It was a very efficient process. I was very pleased. Great crew!

He went above and beyond fixing just the recall. He let us know that our inspection sticker was out of date. Neither one of us realized it. Matt took care of it.

Smooth process to set up appointments. Greeted with a smile. Mark Forcucci promptly greeted me and he always listens to any concerns or questions.

As always Mark provided the best service. I asked if there was any way to add a little gas to my car because I was lazy to get some before my service (I was willing to pay) and although they don't provide that service, he filled it more than I expected. I was shocked and happy I went to do my services at Lexus instead of a third-party mechanic. And also, Julio is amazing for knowing I only want hand wash, every time he sees me drive in he has the sign ready.

It was a great experience , Ronni attended me without delay and it was smooth process. Regulat updates on the progress of the work as well was when the vehicle would be ready for pickup was provided my Monica ! Thank you Ronni & Monica !
