So this is my 4th Lexus with this location (actually the first one was at your old one in Walpole) and I love Mark as my service tech. I would have given 5 stars but I've had nothing but issues with this 2025 Lexus UX Hybrid since I purchased. I traded in my 2020 Lexus NX and I never should have. One of the major reasons I bought the Hybrid was for better gas mileage. I literally drove off the lot getting 445 miles on a full tank. I now only get 359 and can only fill up to less than 9 gallons, instead of 11, which is stated on the MSRP. This mileage is a huge difference to me since I drive to Florida several times a year to my house there. I've also had many issues with the electrical (back latch and opening doors). Have gone in 3x to have this looked at and no resolve. Sherri Quist

I visited to purchase a brand new Lexus. But I noticed on the documents I received they did not have my original signature on them. I'm concerned that the documents I received were computer generated signatures and not my original signature.
