I brought my vehicle in on 1/6/26 for a new battery and issue with a noise coming from the rear of the vehicle which I thought was the back hatch. The battery was installed and the noise persisted. It took me a week of I calling, texting and i even sent a video, requesting an appointment to get the noise resolved with either minimal or no response. I even called the service manager and left a voice mail requesting a call back with no response. I finally got a text back for an appointment after 7 days. When I drop my vehicle off i had to wait for a loaner and as i was walking around the dealership the woman at the front desk couldn't even take the time to look up from her phone to say hello. Very disappointed. This dealership had excellent customer service at one point.
