I am leasing a new car and needed help from the dealership. I spoke with Robert, Assistant Manager of Service and he asked me to bring the car in and he would help me. I brought it in and a Sales person, Maura, spent at least an hour going through all that the new car can do. I appreciate Robert and Maura for spending so much time with me so that I can fully enjoy my 2026 Lincoln Nautilus.

I explained to the service manager what has to be done. They did all that was asked and more they even video the work being done,with explanation. Now that's quality professional workmanship.

I brought my vehicle in on 1/6/26 for a new battery and issue with a noise coming from the rear of the vehicle which I thought was the back hatch. The battery was installed and the noise persisted. It took me a week of I calling, texting and i even sent a video, requesting an appointment to get the noise resolved with either minimal or no response from the service tech. I even called the service manager and left a voice mail requesting a call back with no response. I finally got a text back for an appointment after 7 days of waiting fora response. When I drop my vehicle off i had to wait for a loaner and as i was walking around the dealership the woman at the front desk couldn't even take the time to look up from her phone to say hello. Very disappointed. This dealership had excellent customer service in all departments at one point. I have referred friends there, never again. My vehicle was fixed after the 2nd visit.
