Rob is always so nice when I call. It was Christmas Eve Eve and my car was shaking - tires needed alignment and replacing. He took my car right in with a loaner and no hassle. We had family in from FL and last minute family events. He was fabulous. We were able to keep all our commitments and pick up my car the day after Christmas.
