Overall, the service was fine. My MKX is a 2011 so I realize it's very hard to get parts for it. They had to getthe part from "the junkyard" as they called it. However, they only gave me a 30 day warranty on the replacement part, which for the almost $800 cost, seemed rather pathetic. Secondly, there's no breakdown of what was actually replaced, a clear part number, or the work done in layman's terms. Also, I was told the Service Dept. Would call me a week later when the part came in. I waited almost months and when I call them, the part had been there for weeks. Just could have been handled better I believe.

1st oil change/service. Staff is always very nice. I asked for the tires to be inflated during visit, they told me that would be done. It appears that that was not done.They were the same pressure as when I brought it in. On the paperwork, it said that the car was washed and vacuumed. That was not done. Makes me believe that some other things weren't done either. There were three recalls on the car in the paperwork said it was completed. ??

I hate shopping for new cars. I never feel like the sales team is listening to me. Although my visits weren’t with out a few aggravting issues .. I can’t say enough positive things about my salesman Sam. He made everything a positive experience, making me feel like i was the most important person to walk through the door. He made me feel very comfortable and explained everything so that i wasn’t second guessing anything. Sam even was kind enough to make my mom (96) a coffee and chat with her while i was finishing paperwork. I would highly recommend Sam to assist you in your next vehicle purchase.

We had the car in for a simple system malfunction. They found an additional problem. This was just after Christmas. They got the car in and taken care of in a timely manner. They even took care of the warranty quickly and efficiently.
