Very happy I was able to get a loaner instead of having to wait. Everyone I dealt with or spoke with that day were very pleasant and a pleasure to work with.

I made an appointment for a recall issue and when I got there for some reason I wasn’t on their appointment list. I waited for an hour because they were going to try and fit me in however when I asked about how much longer I was told at least another hour and a half. Since there was no loaner available I decided to reschedule. It was only supposed to be an issue that would take half an hour.
