Purchased a new car that was not on the lot. When the car arrived, it ended up being the wrong model. There was poor communication on keeping me updated on the status of the new cars arrival. I was always the one initiating the conversation. When the correct model arrived, it only had one key fab. The key fob was replaced a week later, but both of these situations required me to go back to the deal twice unnecessarily. It easily was a waste of four hours of my time which could have been avoided. As courtesy, you should have thrown in an extra service for the two errors at minimum.

Very friendly very customer service very knowledgeable about the product that we were selling very hospitable very friendly very welcoming . As well as not pressured into buying things that you don't need.

I had a 3:30 appointment for a tire rotation and oil change. I arrived half an hour early. It took 2.5 hours. I don't think my tires were rotated and my low tire pressure light is still on. I was charged for the tire rotation.
