We just had a big snow storm here and we brought the car in because it was shaking at higher speeds. Herb Chambers Toyota in Boston cleaned out the snow buildup in the tires for free and solved the problem. We dealt with Tereza Guzman and as always she was friendly, professional, and efficient!
