Honestly, this was a poor experience. I arrived to 20 minutes before my appointment and while I understand a new representative was helping, it took 40 mins to check me into my appointment because she couldn’t find my prepaid service package and the other representative were busy and couldn’t help her. After my car was inspected, I was told that my tires and brake pads needed to be replaced but the new representative couldn’t answer my question or tell me if I should replace my brake pads now or wait until my next service. I asked to speak to the person who looked at my car and was told they weren’t available. I left with a lot of confusion and uncertainty as I felt my car wasn’t safe to drive, especially because it is winter. The following week, I took my car to Sullivans to get a second opinion and was told that my brake pads were in good condition and still had half a lifetime on them. As my primary car service location, I was really disappointed with my service and feeling that my concerns/questions won’t addressed. In addition, this was the first visit since getting my prepaid service plan that wasn’t charge for additional services that I didn’t ask for.

Friendly and efficient Staff, my seller guy was Edgar, very professional and responsible person, he answered all my consults, and questions, he always is an a very optimistic and positive way. This is my second unit with him. I could not been happier.
