Everyone here are so kind and gentle and just so nice! I love it. My first oil change for my 2024 Subaru Crosstrek Sport at 5K miles. They said it would take 1.5 hrs but it was done sooner. I went upstairs to the quiet lounge to work and the setup is so great with free and good WiFi and cubicle like desks and single sofas. Coffee/tea complimentary. And they called as soon as it was done and asked if I wanted a tire rotation and since I was already there—I said why not? And it didn’t take long only about another 15 minutes or so and only $27. I am happy I decided to buy my car from Herb Gordon Subaru. Luis Prada was my service agent and he was great! Thank you, Ms. Luis!

My first visit! I called bc my check engine light came on and they said to stop by same day (first win as I was only home for a day between road trips). They ran a scan quickly and (ahem) the issue turned out to be user error. Instead of making fun of me, they topped off the car fluids, washed my car, and sent me on my way. Lovely interaction, I will be back for all of my future service and upgrades.
