This was my first experience with Herb Gordon and I was very pleased. Your Service Advisor called me this morning and offered to move my appointment up to a more convenient time, which worked very well for me. He thoroughly explained everything that would be done on my visit. My car was done on-time (but because I didn't look at my phone, I didn't know that for about 40 minutes, and I was sitting about 10 feet away from the service desk, so that was a little weird). But the car was well taken care of and I appreciate the attention. Luis Prada was great!
