With the addition of Lea, our AI assistant…I first reported the issue there. Perhaps this could be tied into the resident portal. After getting the confirmation that the ticket was open, there was no way for me to check on anything. I ended up putting a separate request in the resident app to make sure it was sent.Other than that, everything was great. Andy was really friendly and helpful.

The Super was very friendly and resolved my issue quickly. I didn't know who to call though based on the former Super maybe is no longer here? I called the main office of Heatherwood and eventually they got to Jose but I was left wondering if it would be resolved that evening as I had not heard in the meantime, that would be my only feedback that I had no idea there was a new super and what number to all as it was a holiday and the ER line didn't go through - not a reflection on Jose. Thanks!
