Get an appointment was not bad like I said I’m very unhappy with them not giving me the second key that I was told I would get before I had my service done. I felt as if they lied to me somewhere in there. Somebody lied to me about me receiving two keys and I paid a lot of money. I’m not happy at all.As I said before, the problem was receiving my second key that I was told in the beginning that I would get when I buy the new parts for my car I don’t have my second key like I said I seen it the second day I went back. They should’ve fixed my car the day they had it back there all those hours.Like I said, I was missing my second key when I brought my car there I was told when I buy the parts I would receive two new keysThe problem was I didn’t receive my second keyThey still need to get me my second key for my car that I paid for. I paid a lot of money. I had to max out all my credit cards just to get this done and they did me wrong about not giving me my second key and wanted me to bring it back and leave it for two days that I cannot do because I have to work and I said I’m a single female I need a paycheck to paycheck and I felt like they did me wrong

I love the new process. I received a video from the technician that completed my oil change. And explanation about my car. Awesome.

The only concern I had was the wait time for what services were provided on my vehicle.

I mean coffee and paying for snacks. The hours people wait yall need some free snacks tooThe work is great! Demario is a Rockstar but the wait is so long.

Everything was pretty good. Just took longer than expected but very nice staff.Still waiting for our 2nd key. Over 1 week.Everything was presented nicelyTook a little longer than expected. Still waiting on 2nd key. Staff was great. Loved the extras.
