We have toxic mold that is making us all very sick. So sick that my dr wrote you a note saying you were risking my wellbeing and life. Our balcony is plunge pool when it rains bc of poor drainage. But that post holding up one side should do it. Maybe come by with a hand saw to ‘fix’ it again. Rent is $1k more per month since we moved in 4 years ago. Mgmt comes up with endless new fees but is cheap when it comes to fixing messes they made. The flooring is basically a sticker. Mgmt bullies old ladies and disabled veterans and cancer patients. It’s sad to live somewhere where the company attacks the vulnerable rather than protect them. Also we’ve heard about the roaches and rats and hazardous carpets and eviction notices and leaking windows. This place is a slum. You all should have to live in these conditions and pay us these prices.

Carl did an excellent job fixing the light switch in a timely manner. He was professional, efficient, and made sure everything was working properly before he left. He also took the time to ensure I was completely satisfied with the outcome. I really appreciate his great service and attention to detail.
