Maintenance is always professional and friendly.

Nothing is been done.the gutter still leaking and now broken because of the weight of the snow.Very disappointed, I understand the weather doesn't help but do not send me 15 messages saying is been fixed when is even worst

It seems like you allow a lot of low income people live in the complex and I do not always feel safe especially at night walking my dog. There is always litter on the sides of the roads, especially empty alcohol bottles. People speed through the complex, ignoring the stops signs. You do not seem to have a good pulse on the pet situation- I have seen various people walking dog breeds that I know were on the list of “not allowed” breeds when I moved in. The parking is limited at my building and although an email was sent out to not park in unmarked spaces, people continue to regularly do that without consequence.

I am shocked and amazed at some the people who live here. The lack of respect for the homes and the other people who love here bothers me immensely.

The staff who came were very kind and professional, and I truly appreciate their effort. However, the issue remains unresolved since a new dishwasher has not yet been installed. The maintenance team confirmed that the old one cannot be repaired and that a replacement is needed.I’ve been waiting patiently, but I would really appreciate an update or a timeline for when the new dishwasher will be installed. Thanks

My experience over the 2 years was great. I felt safe and the front office staff was very professional and friendly. A quick shout out to the maintenance team, they rock.

As a new tenant I am very impressed with quick responsiveness from office staff, virtual assistant and maintenance.
