No one has responded back with any follow-up information. I do not know if anyone came out to answer my request or if any work was completed.

The maintenance guy has to come back and straighten up my bathroom the way I had it

Nothing has been done and no one has gotten back with us for an update.

I was pleased with the quick response and the professional way in which they made sure I was aware of what they did and wasn't able to do. He promised to return tomorrow to fix the fan over the stove. They put up me a shower rod and got my stove working. I'm very pleased!!

Spanish maintenance guy didn’t put my items back under the sink in the kitchen where he found them at that’s my only complaint Jazzs

The staff have been very informative about the property. I have lived at Ridgecrest for 37 years so I know the neighborhood well. I hope to live here much longer.

I was not happy at all it was definitely a nightmare from the very beginning and it might not be that way for everyone but for me it was and I wouldn't Wish that on my worst Enemy I was harassed accusations of abuse and neglect and also accusations of abusing drugs from neighbor number one and neighbor number 2 constant police activity my car was stolen people sitting on my property people knock I ng on my door for a cigarette at 7 am just pure crazy to be a section 8 unit

From the time I stepped foot in the leasing office for the tour the leasing agent where welcoming and provided all the information I needed to apply.

They didn't do much but a walk thru and I don't really have much clutter in my apartment yes granted my teenagers left dishes in the sink hay they are teenagers I wasn't home prior to their walk thru I was out of town came home after the contractor's did work on my heating and ac system that I waited for months to get fixed I had to buy windows units to keep my apartment cool and space heaters to keep my apartment warm,so on that note thank you very much for your service but you really didn't do much but from this point on I will keep and clear my unit out but overall I shouldn't have to pay full rent to live with rats and roaches I didn't bring them here with me they came after renovations were done and new neighbors moved in
