The maintenance staff and management needs to work on their effort and urgency when assisting tenants. Their dismissive tones/energy towards tenants in need of assistance are unprofessional and should treat their tenants as they would like to be treated!

I was pleased with the quick response and the professional way in which they made sure I was aware of what they did and wasn't able to do. He promised to return tomorrow to fix the fan over the stove. They put up me a shower rod and got my stove working. I'm very pleased!!

The staff have been very informative about the property. I have lived at Ridgecrest for 37 years so I know the neighborhood well. I hope to live here much longer.
