My recent Heritage / Catonsville / Subaru service experience was excellent. I was greeted promptly upon arrival and seen by a rep to establish my service needs. The personnel were courteous and helpful. The 28 point check up showed some minor work that needed to be done. I declined in favor of a relative to change out the filters. I would return to Heritage / Subaru of Catonsville. out

Working with Bruce was excellent! He took great care of me and clearly spelt out what else I needed to have done soon. Also took care of a missing part on the wiper. Thank you!

Took a but longer than anticipated for a standard oil change, but no major complaints otherwise.

I always have a great experience here. It took a little longer than I expected but other than it was a great experience.

Mr. Bruce was very kind and attentive. I had to wait about an hour longer for my car than expected, but there was a mass recall going on so it wasn't anyone's fault. My car is great, and I'm very content with my service.

Good communication

As usual my experience was exceptual. I got there early and was notified 3 techs called out sick today and I should expect a 90 min wait. Only 60 miniutes I got my brz with a fresh wash! another great visit at Heritage!

Bruce was exceptional even though there were a lot of unexpected delays today, he made my experience a 5 start experience, coordinating everything he could to make sure my visit was as easy as possible. He made me feel like a welcomed customer and this is why I keep coming back to service my Subaru at Subaru of Catonsville with a winning team of mechanics and service advisors.
