Had I known mitsubishi was going to close the dealership in Albuquerque, I would have bought a Mazda.The sevice was ok.Very professional, customer friendly. This is important because it is the closest dealership and Farmington is out-of-the-way. Normally I had my vehicles (this is the my second Mitsubishi) in Albuquerque, New Mexico, but the dealership CLOSED WITh NO Advanced warning!!! So it is either the two-hour drive to Farmington or a six hour drive to Phoenix to get the car serviced. Therefore it is good the they are great. Otherwise I would be trading my Outlander in for a Subaru or Nissan or FORD. Service was excellent,the location inconvenient!!! The closure of the dealership in Albuquerque sucked.

The appointment wasn't the problem it is the fact I live 2 hours awayWas the for 2 hours and got told nothing till the end. Not even sure my vehicle moved to the bay to be inspected.Since they already knew the problem should not have taken 2 hours to wait there for nothing to be doneBecause I could walk into the oil lube and had it fixed in 2 minutesDo not even think my vehicle got to the bayWaited 2 hours and nothing was done for the vehicle just got told I had to return back in a week if I wanted them to order the part. And then I had to drive 2 hours back to the dealership plus pay for part and laborDo not make your patrons drive to Farmington to see try to fix the problem then tell them they have to drive another 500 miles to actually figure it out. Then come back to be told it would be another week for the part and you would have to pay for it because it was tampered with. Yet I could go to the express lube in town and they fixed the problem in 2minutes. I am severely disappointed in the service department.They told me they would keep the ticket open yet I still had to drive with the problem

Josh and Haley were very helpful and friendly in the process. However, the process working with shaun was NOT my best experience he did seem frustrated when I asked questions, Shaun did not ask me for a car that I wanted instead got me approved for a car that I did not want I did share my concern with shaun however he did not seem to care. The other staff at Kia were friendly I did feel welcomed when I wanted to trade in my car. Thank you to Josh for being patient with me throughout my buying process.
