The staff and dentist were very welcoming and friendly. They explained the procedure and cost up front and in a way that was easy to understand.

Really great experience. The hygienist was amazing and answered all my questions. The dentist was brief and straight to the point which I prefer.Love the up front billing. Very cool knowing how much everything was before it was done. And they let me know of any addition costs as it was happening.The assistant (Jose maybe) very nice guy. Had some awkward interactions. Wouldn’t deter me from coming back. But def was a little thrown off by some of our conversations. Could just be me though.

Both Juan and Kim were fantastic. Friendly, let me know all that they were doing and just made my visit very pleasant.

After waiting 20 mins to be seen, I was handed a night guard that the dental asst did not seem to know anything about. She thought it would be more flexible but it was a ‘hard’ guard which seemed unexpected. She did not ask any specific questions about the fit. I informed her that it was my first night guard and did not know what a good fit felt like. She said if I had any problems, just call. What should I be looking for? What is a good fit? # of nights before the t should feel comfortable?

Had a wisdom tooth extracted everything about the procedure was thoroughly explained to me. Staff was very kind and concerned about my well being. Thank you all and I would certainly recommend Hickory Flat Dental.

All of the staff does an excellent job of making me feel comfortable and they are always very helpful in answering my questions about different procedures that I’ve had there. I highly recommend this office!😊
