Both Juan and Kim were fantastic. Friendly, let me know all that they were doing and just made my visit very pleasant.

After waiting 20 mins to be seen, I was handed a night guard that the dental asst did not seem to know anything about. She thought it would be more flexible but it was a ‘hard’ guard which seemed unexpected. She did not ask any specific questions about the fit. I informed her that it was my first night guard and did not know what a good fit felt like. She said if I had any problems, just call. What should I be looking for? What is a good fit? # of nights before the t should feel comfortable?

Had a wisdom tooth extracted everything about the procedure was thoroughly explained to me. Staff was very kind and concerned about my well being. Thank you all and I would certainly recommend Hickory Flat Dental.
