The immediate response to fixing the problem was amazing. The maintenance supervisor provided feedback as well as the plumbers. Thank you for always being kind, understanding and respectful to us.

Most request are addressed adequately and timely.This one in regards to leaking ceiling from apt above—seems the issue in the above apt may be resolved but I wasn’t contacted about, it nor was the damage fixed in our master bathroom. Which is concerning as the ceiling is soft and wet, I come from a family of contractors and know the potential problems that come from this damage being left alone..

If there was a notice left at the building or apartment we did not receive it. We don't mind maintenance coming in whether we are home or not, it was not expected this last time and wasn't sure of the disconnect.

Original cause as yet unidentified, but the issue seems resolved.

We have lived here long enough to know not to expect much when it comes to putting in service requests. The guys are great but clearly don't have enough help for the amount of property they take care of.

I know it could be challenging, but to know beforehand exactly what they were going to fix (after the anual inspection) would have helped me to get the house ready.
