The heat was fixed just fine but I pointed out that there was also a closet rod that needed to be repaired. The tech left after about 2 hours & I was happy that the heat was working efficiently. Later I noticed that the closet rod was not repaired. I waited 2 days & called the business office & put in a work request. Since nobody has come yet I will call again tomorrow. I know they’re all very busy but I’m disappointed this time.
