I appreciate all the work Jessie has done in my apartment although most of it should never have been necessary. Most of these issues should've been addressed prior to us moving in as they were not caused by us but were already here.

Mouse infestation after seeing a mouse in April maintenance literally came during a bday party and laid sticky traps in the hall way I was told mouse prob got lost from outside came in my house traps were set out in the open along the walls when I have a 2 year old pest control came set traps they never even came back after that to recheck it’s now July house is now infested with mice the tenants on first floor live in filth leave garbage outside maintenance is lazy paying for the pool lifeguard isn’t even there on days they’re supposed to be so pool is closed random days when it should be open very disappointed my apt is supposed to be a “premium apartment “ but infested with mice

The immediate response to fixing the problem was amazing. The maintenance supervisor provided feedback as well as the plumbers. Thank you for always being kind, understanding and respectful to us.
