Apartment was dirty and the cost was extremely high for a 1 bedroom. 1 Bedroom apartments in NB are 700 or less stop squeezing the City...... the most 1k ......

Dynisty did a fabulous job showing us two One bedroom apartments. the first apartment was being renovated. She was very knowledgable about next steps and made herself available later for furtherquestion should we need it.

We could not be happier here. The only downside is the racket from motorbikes in the afternoon when the teens come home from school.But can live with that.It is great living in a neighborhood with children and teens (vs Florida where there is a surplus of dodder-Ing seniors like us !)The apartment itself is great . The only negative is having a blocked line of sight when sitting on the balcony. We have very quietrenters in our building and find the UMass Indian students to be very polite and helpful. One of them(Kathicek) helped me carry packages up the stairs just two days ago.Kudos all around.Michael Robinson56 C
