I really appreciate this assistance considering how busy I know the maintenance team is.

Was disheartening to lose a fridge full of groceries. Would have hoped a matter like a fridge dying wouldn’t have taken 6-7 hours but I also don’t know what else was happening that day that may have tied up the team. Overall thankful for the replacement fridge and that it’s all resolved.

Wally was great. He got my water running with a spare part from the shop. He was friendly and efficient.

I still have an odor coming from the carpet

it has been our experience that this is the way that business is conducted both maintenance and groundskeeping. It is absolutely flawless. Something to be proud of.
