It would be very helpful to have communication with the residents when work is being completed, especially when requests are put in after hours. I am glad that my work was completed on time, but because it was a priority (my water had been shut off), and I put the request in the previous evening, I tried to communicate with the office all day to inquire whether the request had been received so that I could make appropriate accommodations, and it was very difficult to get through.

The elevator was double booked. I booked the time a month in advance, it should have been caught a lot sooner.

I like the building, it is well maintained , the landscaped grounds are beautiful.I find the sheer number of dogs (up to 3 in one Apt.) to be a problem. The elevators smell sickly. There is no ventilation in bathrooms, laundry facilities are in the basement and so are bins for recycling (kitchen garbage). Thankful for the the installation of 1 washer/dryer near the elevator. Last not least: big pigeon problem.
